Daycare Needs

Communication
- Daycare conferences
  - Ability to bring up issues, growth, needs and wants one on one face to face.
Staff
- One more full-time Staff member.
- We have hired someone and are waiting for the background check process before she can start.
Fall Clothing
- Please trade out your child's summer spares for some fall clothing. Please send a jacket for morning outside time, as the mornings are starting to get chilly. We try to get outside before AM Snack.

Parent Conferences

I will be offering Parent Conferences, which will be once every 2-3 months. The date will be dependent on staffing and childcare needs, as well as the ability to schedule it on a weekday while we are open. It will not be a requirement, but something parents can utilize to discuss a child’s development, their needs, what they are happy about, or what they would like to see added/changed. The goal is to have a healthy conversation without interruptions from work demands.

First Conferences will be available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
4:15-6:00pm
October 20-24th.

Fun Facts

The average two-year-old manages to add around five new words a day, more reason to watch what we say around tiny humans.😉
