The Sherman County Child Care Foundation is a non-profit corporation whose primary purpose is to facilitate and/or provide child care activities and facilities in Sherman County, Oregon.  The Board of Directors is comprised of three and no more than five members who are determined by a majority vote of the seated Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors provides governance, policy development, fiscal and administrative services for the Child Care Foundation programs including ABC Huskies Child Care.
